Ahimsa — a reminder to move through the world with gentleness.
In yoga, Ahimsa is often translated as non-harming, but to me it speaks to something much deeper, choosing kindness, compassion and gentleness in the way we speak, think and act. And perhaps most importantly, remembering to offer that same gentleness to ourselves.
This beautiful mala brings together amethyst, angelite, rose quartz, peach moonstone and pink aventurine, creating a soft palette of blush, peach, cream and lavender with deeper purple accents.
Each stone adds its own beautiful symbolism:
