I teach yoga in Lincoln with a focus on making yoga feel approachable, grounding, and supportive — especially for those who don’t always feel at home in traditional yoga spaces.
You don’t need to be flexible, experienced, or fit a certain “yoga type” to come along. My classes are slow, steady, and designed to help you feel more comfortable in your body, not less.
