You can use the smoke to cleanse your environment, crystals, and crystal jewellery. A little goes long way.
Lavender is said to remove negative energy and has long been held as calming and relaxing.

How to use – Hold the bundle at a 45-degree angle, light the tips, gently blow out the flame as soon as you see it so that you see orange embers only, not a flame. Continue this process till you have reached your desired smoke strength. Then you can start the process of clearing your space.
Always use with a dish underneath as the small dried buds of lavender have a tendency to drop easily. Never leave a burning wand unattended.
When finished, make sure your wand is completely extinguished. You can do this by dabbing the lit end into a small bowl of sand or a little water. Check the end closely to make sure there are no more embers burning. Once it’s completely put out, store it in a safe dry place.
